About Adam Farber
I began practicing law in 2011, during the aftermath of the foreclosure crisis. Early in my career, I worked with homeowners fighting to save their properties, and I saw how bankruptcy could be a powerful tool—not just to erase debt, but to help people regain stability and stay in their homes. That experience shaped my understanding of the law as a way to rebuild lives, not just resolve problems.
Over the years, I’ve seen how financial strain, health crises, and unexpected life events can disrupt even the most careful plans. That perspective shaped the direction of my practice—toward helping people rebuild, protect, and grow through thoughtful estate planning and business formation. I’ve come to believe that good legal work is about more than documents—it’s about empowering people with the tools and support they need to move forward with confidence.

Today, I focus on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, wills and trusts, powers of attorney, and business setup for individuals and families across Florida. My office is located in Boynton Beach, and I offer virtual consultations, phone meetings, and secure digital communication to make legal support available to clients statewide. I believe legal services should be accessible, efficient, and delivered with care—because when someone turns to a lawyer, they’re often navigating one of life’s most important crossroads.

I approach every matter with compassion, precision, and attention to detail, and I pride myself on being approachable, tech-savvy, and nonjudgmental. Whether you're managing debt, planning your legacy, or launching a new venture, I’m here to guide you every step of the way—with respect for your goals, your time, and your peace of mind.
